Five archetypes, five seats, five clearly distinct feature combinations.
The five, one by one
The Sovereign Jaw
Combination: square jaw + full nose wings + wide mouth — three bands landing together, a rare pattern. A treasury in the nose, command in the voice, a jaw that carries the room: in the manuals this is the head-seat assembly — able to decide, able to shoulder, able to gather resources. The more tangled the situation, the calmer this type reads, and rooms tend to push them toward the chair at the top.
The Strategist Brow
Combination: long upper zone (a high, broad forehead) + close-set eyes + an elongated face. Forehead for strategy, gaze locked on essentials, a frame built for the long game — together, the portrait of the adviser three moves ahead: slow to move, but the move has been rehearsed several times before it shows. Suited to strategy, research and complex systems — work that rewards thinking far and deep.
The Iron Foundation
Combination: square-round face + broad jaw. The steadiest face in the room: not necessarily the talkative one, but when things go sideways, their presence alone settles the crew. The manuals read execution and strong peer bonds; heavy loads instinctively trust this type — last gate before delivery, ballast in a storm.
The Peak Climber
Combination: upturned eye tails (the phoenix cast) + a long middle zone ('prime in command'). Driving eyes meeting a prime-built midface: the golden-decade assembly that does not wait for the wind. Strong sense of target, bold to declare and bold to deliver, often with a visible climb in mid-career. The one watch-out is tempo — sprint hard, but learn to rest as deliberately.
The Grand Vision
Combination: wide-set eyes + wide mouth. Eyes set for horizons, a mouth built for big rooms: skips the small ledgers, rarely misreads the tide. Suited to opening games, integration and outward-facing work — growing the pie before dividing it; in teams, usually the one setting direction and pulling in resources.
Using the group
Set side by side, the five make an org chart of natural roles: Sovereign holds the seat, Strategist supplies the plan, Foundation guards the floor, Climber storms the hill, Vision opens the frontier. Reading your own archetype tells you which seat costs you least effort; reading a colleague's teaches you where to place people. And if none of the five lit up for you, no loss — achievement was never reserved for certain faces. This group only says: if you happen to be one of them, here is the road that runs downhill.
